Yoga Classes

Ardha Chandrasana

Vinyasa

Open Level Vinyasa. Connecting your breathe with movement as you move in and out of asanas. Choose from our hot classes, where the room is warmed to 100 degrees, or non-hot classes, where the room is a comfortable temperature. Hop on an Indoboard  in one of our non-hot classes if you would like to work on your core and balance.

Yoga Barre

Open level, non heated classes. Instructors will guide you through a beautiful class matching breathe with movement incorporating yoga postures with the use of the ballet barre.  A great opportunity to work on your form, and target the legs, core and balance.

Indo Board

The Indo Yoga Board is a revolutionary new product that brings the  fun and challenge of Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Yoga into the yoga studio.  The Indo Yoga Board consists of a 70” long by 16” wide wooden deck with  four rockers attached to the bottom which give the Indo Yoga Board the  instability that almost exactly simulates a stand up paddle board in a  flat water environment.  For a more  advanced progression you can place three inflatable Indo Board IndoFLO  cushions under the deck. Varying the level of inflation of the three  IndoFLO cushions also allows for progression or regression based on the  user’s level of ability and experience with Stand Up Paddle Yoga. The  Indo Yoga Board can be used anywhere there is a level surface and is  great for Yoga Core Training.

Pre/Postnatal Yoga

Join Kristyn on Sundays at 9:45 and take some time for you! Moms in all stages of pregnancy and post-natal are welcome. You will find a strong, beautiful community to offer you love, support, and encouragement.

Yin Yoga

A great option for the hotter months! Longer holds from thirty seconds to up to five minutes. A great practice for beginner to advanced yogis. Especially beneficial for athletes!

Yoga Nidra

Every other Thursday at 7:30 join Ann and discover the powerful benefits of yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While the practitioner rests comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), this systematic meditation takes you through the five layers of self, leaving you with a sense of wholeness.
