Claudia Fejko, co-owner, E-RYT 200

After almost 7 years of teaching yoga in different studios Claudia is now co-owner of Flipped Dog Yoga. She began her yoga practice in 2006 after the birth of her first child. Her attraction to the practice brought her to enter a teacher training program in 2011. After completing her RYT 200 under the direction of Kelly Santucci, Claudia has spent countless hours teaching students the fundamentals of vinyasa with a keen eye to alignment and directive verbal cues. She incorporates powerful, dynamic postures and challenging sequencing through creative transitions. Following a true to format vinyasa class, Claudia is able to allow each student to explore their own individual edge.

Colleen Brady, co-owner, E-RYT 500

Colleen is a mom, wife, yogi and lawyer, not always in that order. She found yoga 9 years ago after the birth of her second daughter, and it was love at first bakasana. She received her 200 hour teacher training with Kelly Santucci in 2011 at Younique and went on to complete her 500 hour with Daniele Jarman and Agnes Tengendry in 2015. She formerly ran the 200 hour teacher training program offered in Younique Yoga’s Roxbury studio.  You can expect something different every time you step on your mat in one of Colleen’s classes, no two are ever the same! She loves to challenge her advanced yogis, but always offers modifications for those students who are new to yoga. She always wants you to leave her class having learned something new about yoga, and more importantly, about yourself. Colleen is very excited to have the opportunity to open a studio closer to home and to be able to share her love of this amazing craft.  Colleen will be co-teaching the 200 hour program with Claudia Fejko at Flipped Dog. She will also be offering a 500 hour program (300 hour advanced program for RYT 200 instructors). Her favorite pose is ardha bakasana (half crow), which can often be found in one of her classes. Her favorite Quote- "To fall down is human, to get back up, is a yogi."
